ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?
You are eligible for a refund if you are not satisfied with your store for any reason - you have 90 days after taking store ownership to request a refund.

You also have not accepted ownership of business through the website.
You are not eligible for a refund until business creation or wait period. If the plan is canceled there is a 5 month wait period to ensure team availability and to capture/transfer to another project.
